For security reasons we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. If you have to receive the order at another address, to speed the process of your order, you will need to contact your credit card company and request to add an alternate shipping address. Then place the order and specify that your alternate shipping address is added, otherwise we cannot process your order.

	Payment HookahCity.com accepts Master Card, Visa, cashier's check, wire transfer and money orders. Order Processing: You will be emailed an order confirmation right after your order is placed. Print and keep this order confirmation as a receipt of your order. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. We will contact you by email or phone if there are any problems processing or fulfilling your order. As soon as your order ships out you will be emailed with UPS tracking number.
	Shipping All orders are shipped by your choice of UPS Ground, 2nd Day and UPS for Next day service. All orders by UPS Ground will get to destination 4-8 business days after HookahCity.com receives and processes your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Our processing time is usually 1 to 2 days, your order will be shipped the 2nd or the 3rd day from the time of purchase. For security reason, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used.
